Welcome to QLMP!

The Queen's Laboratory for Molecular Pathology (QLMP) is part of the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine located in Richardson Laboratories at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario.  We provides rapid and economic advanced pathology services to researchers, students, clinicians, and private sector groups.  Our objective is to promote productive interactions between scientists, clinicians, pathologists, and others by supporting research projects of common interest.

  • Electron microscopy image

    Electron Microscopy embedding, cutting and imaging services available

  • Fluorescent in-situ hybridization services

    Fluorescent in-situ hybridization services

  • Flow Cytometry scatterplot

    Complete flow cytometry services, including experiment design, compensation of up to 7 colours, and data transfer.  Also available for use is absolute cell counting for proliferation assays, or even basic cell counts

  • Nanostring System

    Nanostring prepstation and digital analyzer services available  

  • Histology slide

    Full histology services including embedding, sectioning and staining.  Please enquire about special stains!

    CCTG receives matching infrastructure award from The Ontario Research Fund.
